Top buyers included strategic acquirers Selbetti, Vela Software, Senior Sistemas, Serasa Experian, Fleetcor Technologies, GIC, SMU Investimentos, QEI, Ardian, laundryheap and Softplan. Selbetti was the most active buyer with 5 deals, followed by Vela Software and Senior Sistemas with 3 deals each, while Softplan, Fleetcor Technologies, QEI, Serasa Experian, SMU, Ardian, GIC, and laundryheap each completed 2 deals. 

As transaction values were disclosed in only 11% of deals in 2024, buyers continued to keep their M&A strategies private. Total disclosed deal values reached $1.9B. 

Tech M&A Activity in Latin America was robust with 175 seen during 2024. Strategic and financial buyers were active with PE firms being the acquirer in 20% of these transactions.
