In the first half of 2024, the LATAM region showed 82 transactions with significant interest from both financial and strategic buyers. Tech M&A activity remained robust compared with levels seen over the past decade. 

Transaction values were disclosed in only 11% of deals during the first semester of 2024, as buyers continued to keep their M&A strategies private. 

Top buyers included strategic acquirers Vela Software, Selbetti and Fleetcor Technologies. Vela Software was the most active buyer with 3 deals, followed by Selbetti and Fleetcor Technologies with 2 deals each.
